China could purchase more U.S. ethanol as part of the Phase One trade agreement with China. Growth Energy Senior Vice-President of Global Markets Craig Willis explains that China has an E10 policy in place that could make U.S. ethanol attractive. “They’re already starting to phase that in. China could easily be a one billion gallon market. We are making sure we talk to everyone close to the agricultural purchase packages about it.”
