A Pipestone, Minnesota meat processing facility will remain in business. JBS USA plans to leas and eventually acquire the plant. The J & B Group, which produces No Name Steaks and a wide variety of other products for the wholesale, retail and foodservice markets, was planning to close the Pipestone plant this month and consolidate its operations in St. Michael, Minnesota.
