The makeup of the NDFB delegate body has changed over the years. “Close to 30 percent of our delegates are female and we average 30-to-35 percent of our delegate body under the age of 35,” said NDFB Executive Vice President Jeff Missling. “We have the future of agriculture represented on our delegate floor every year.”
