Farmers continue to struggle to get the wheat and canola harvested in western North Dakota, eastern Montana and western Canada. Northern Crops Marketing and Investments President Brad Paulson says harvest conditions are not good. “It’s pretty much a disaster. Most of the wheat left in Canada, up to 60 percent, will be feed quality. There are a lot of problems to deal with.”
