China’s state media is saying China did not cancel planned farm visits due to a breakdown in trade negotiations. According to a Sunday report, China’s senior agricultural official told the state media there was a good outcome from the negotiations and the two sides had thorough and candid communications. However, no reason was given for the cancellation.
