McKenzie County cattleman Melvin Leland was honored with the most prestigious award at the North Dakota Stockmen’s Association, the Top Hand, at its banquet Saturday evening. Leland previously served as the North Dakota Stockmen’s Association President, National Red Angus Association of America President and is currently serving as North Dakota State Board of Animal Health Chairman.
