A temporary restraining order has been lifted, allowing the Spiritwood Energy Park Association to end its contract with North Dakota Soybean Processors. According to Agweek, the case will return to the courts to determine if the Spiritwood Energy Park Association violated the terms of its contract with North Dakota Soybean Processors. A soybean crush facility is still in the plans for the Spiritwood group, with ADM expected to operate the plant.
