Cool temperatures are allowing a good start for seed potato harvest in the Karlstad, Minnesota area. Justin Dagen says harvest is starting one week earlier than normal. “We’re on our third year of below average precipitation, but we’ve had timely rains throughout the season to give us good crops. The potatoes look average with good quality.”
