The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration removed the threat of an early frost from their latest two-week weather outlook. E-Hedger market analyst Ryland Textor says traders are still cautious about frost and freeze damage to this crop. “It may be too soon to get into that yet.” With another USDA crop report on September 12, Textor says traders may be very cautious. “Traders are grabbing for better news. The outside markets are being impacted by bearish macroeconomic conditions.”
