The Crookston Housing and Economic Development Authority advisory committee unanimously approved a request for a $250,000 loan from Epitome Energy and will now forward the request on to the full Crookston Housing and Economic Development Authority board. The $250,000 loan with matching funds from the Minnesota Department of Agriculture would be used to get permitting started on the soybean facility.
