Willmar, Minnesota farmer Chad Willis has been elected secretary/treasurer for the U.S. Grains Council. Willis is a member of the Minnesota Corn Research and Promotion Council. Mark Seastrand of Sheyenne, North Dakota was elected as the barley sector director.
