This year’s Project Safe Send campaign begins Tuesday in Wyndmere, North Dakota and will wrap up July 26 in Valley City, North Dakota. The campaign gives farmers, ranchers, agribusinesses and homeowners a safe location and legal method to discard of any old or unused pesticides. People disposing of more than 1,000 pounds of pesticides are asked to pre-register one week prior to delivery, which a maximum of 20,000 pounds per participant accepted.
