The NC+ seed brand is being revived. Don Funk, who founded Channel Bio and later sold the company to Monsanto, is relaunching NC+ seed for corn, soybeans and sorghum. NC+ began in 1958 and was folded into the Channel seed brand in 2010. Seed will be ready for the 2020 growing season with sales beginning in Nebraska and Kansas.
