The Trump Administration is pushing back after China claimed the U.S. is responsible for the breakdown in trade negotiations. In a joint statement, U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer and Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said China is “misrepresenting” the situation and playing “a blame game.”
