AgriCensus reports two state-owned Chinese buyers stepped up its purchases of South American soybeans, purchasing at least eight cargoes over the past week. Sinograin and COFCO reportedly was on the sidelines, waiting for an agreement between the U.S. and China. When trade talks broke down, the activity picked up in Brazil and Argentina.
