UPL has completed its acquisition of Arysta Lifescience from Platform Specialty Products. This deal is valued at $4.2 billion. This agreement was first signed in July and received unconditional regulatory approval around the world. With the Arysta acquisition, UPL is now one of the top five agricultural solutions companies in the world.
