The National Biodiesel Board has a new Director of Federal Affairs, David Cobb. Cobb recently served as the Federal Affairs Director for CHS, Inc., the largest farmer owned cooperative in the U.S. Cobb has knowledge of agriculture, biofuel and refining industries and can hit the ground running on behalf of the biodiesel industry, according to NBB CEO Donnell Rehagen.
