Lamb Weston plans to buy out its partner in a potato processing joint venture. Lamb Weston will pay $65 million in cash to Ochoa for the remaining 50 percent of the company. Ochoa will also receive an additional $13 million payment to facilitate a quick wrap-up for this deal. This joint venture involves the potato processing plant at Warden, Washington, which has been in place for ten years.
