There are four pillars of focus moving forward in the National FFA Organization. CEO Mark Poeschl says one of these pillars is inclusion and equity. “We want the FFA to be a welcoming place to all students. We are also focused on teacher recruitment retention and agriculture literacy, because our students need to know the how and the when of telling the story of agriculture. And then, leadership development and career preparation. That’s what really leads into the future of agriculture and preparing our students to be part of this.”
