CHS is helping fund some of the projects at Lake Region State College in Devils Lake. One of those is a
combine simulator, which was featured at the National FFA Convention. Precision Agriculture Program Director Preston Sundeen said the future of farming is precision agriculture. “Whether you will look at all the hardware components that are on combines, planters, air seeders or just look at using data that’s being collected, data collection is a big, big component of our program. We don’t see that going away.”
