Southern Minnesota Beet Sugar Cooperative Vice President of Agriculture Todd Geselius says harvest is about 70 percent complete with producers harvesting about two million tons of sugarbeets. “The crop has pretty much any issue you can think of this year, including root rot issues, because of the wet conditions.
