National Weather Service-Aberdeen meteorologist Aaron Dye says there’s about two inches of snow on the ground as of mid-morning in Aberdeen. Other nearby spots have up to five inches of snow. “Wednesday night we might see some icy roads as temperatures get below freezing.” Dye says the system is moving slowly to the northeast. “We should stay more dry at the surface here through the weekend. For at least the next three four days, we are going to dry out a little bit hopefully giving farmers a shot to get at harvest.”
