Bowden, North Dakota farmer Jon Tebelius is ready to chop silage. The silage corn is under drought stress. “The corn will be good on that, but we won’t get the yield we were looking for.” Tebelius got two cuttings out of his alfalfa crop, but dry conditions prevented a third crop of hay.
