Lankin, North Dakota farmer Dale Zahradka says there aren’t many days where combines aren’t rolling. “We went straight from barley harvest to wheat harvest. Now, farmers are into canola. We’re just one hair over six inches of moisture since the crop got in. It’s amazing they did as well as they have with the limited moisture.” The barley crop was good, but the wheat struggled.
