To promote B20, the Minnesota Soybean Research and Promotion Council partnered with the DieselSellerz to build a massive truck called the Indomitus. This truck has been seen throughout the summer at community events across Minnesota. Minnesota Soybean Senior Director of Product Development and Commercialization Mike Youngerberg says this effort will be highlighted on the Discovery Channel’s Diesel Brothers TV show. “The Discovery Channel got very interested in biodiesel and wanted to tell the story. We’re going to have two episodes featured.” One of the television shows will air tonight and another episode will be on Monday, August 20. Minnesota is the only state in the country with a 20 percent biodiesel mandate over the summer months.
