On Wednesday, the IRS released proposed regulations on Section 199A. In a blog post, Clifton Larson Allen Principal Paul Neiffer writes a few pros and cons in reviewing the proposed regulations. The 184 page document is still being reviewed by local tax specialists. Giddings and Associates CEO Mark Giddings tells RRFN he’s still reviewing the regulations, but it is a priority to understand.
