Agriculture ministers from the G20 nations have promised to reform World Trade Organization rules. No details were offered, but a statement was released saying they were “concerned about the increasing use of protectionist non-tariff trade measures.” Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue is in Buenos Aires for the G20 meetings. In addition, Perdue participated in a major agriculture expo and celebrated the reintroduction of U.S. pork products into Argentina.
