The North Dakota Mill is reporting record profits for the 2018 fiscal year. The total of $14.2 million in profits is a 46 percent improvement over the profits of $9.7 million last year. With the addition of the new G mill, new records were set in volume shipped and the amount of grain purchased. As the country’s only state-owned mill, the North Dakota Mill transferred over $10 million to the state’s general fund and another $709,000 to the agricultural products utilization fund.
