Beth Ford is the new President and CEO of Land O’ Lakes, a farm cooperative based in Arden Hills, Minnesota. Ford will take over as President and CEO on August 1. Ford replaces retiring CEO Chris Policinski. She is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Land O’ Lakes Businesses overseeing Winfield Uited, Purina Animal Nutrition and Dairy Foods business units.
