A Sebeka, Minnesota dairy farm is facing a permanent injunction for drug residue violations. The Food and Drug Administration took Todd and Patty Meech to court for selling cattle for slaughter with levels of antibiotics in their system that went beyond FDA tolerances. Before the farm can sell animals again for meat production, the farm must be inspected and certified that it meets all food safety rules. The injunction does not prevent the farm from selling milk since there was no evidence the milk was contaminated.
