Black Gold Farms Director of Business Development Leah Halverson joined the family business seven years ago. “It’s me and my two brothers. We’re the fourth generation of Black Gold farms. My brothers had a completely different path than I had. It’s not right or wrong, just different,” says Halverson. “Right after college, my brothers couldn’t get to the farm fast enough. However, I didn’t know where my place was on the farm.
