USDA’s National Agricultural Statistics Service is finalizing data collection for the 2017 Census of Agriculture. With that, the North Dakota Department of Agriculture is urging farmers and ranchers to participate. Ag Commissioner Doug Goehring says “it is especially important in North Dakota, where agriculture is the largest segment of our economy.” The Census can be completed online until the end of July. Phone follow-up and personal interviews will continue through the month as well.
