The U.S. Farmers and Rancher Alliance has selected Erin Fitzgerald as its new CEO. Fitzgerald has been the senior vice president for global sustainability at the Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy, which is part of the dairy checkoff program. Fitzgerald will begin her duties in mid-July. The USFRA board placed former CEO Randy Krotz on administrative leave in January and did not renew his contract. Krotz had been the chief executive officer for the USFRA coalition for eight years.
