Dayton Adjusts HOS Regs to Move Fertilizer

Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton has issued an emergency order, waiving hours-of-service regulations for the movement of anhydrous ammonia and other fertilizer. This emergency order is in effect until the end of the month.
