Bayer CropScience has agreed to settle a lawsuit brought by Calyxt. Under this agreement, the 2013 licensing agreement is terminated. Bayer will also destroy any technology or information covered by the license agreement. The two companies were working to develop products, but Calyxt claims Bayer violated the agreement.
