In a meeting with farm broadcasters, Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Scott Pruitt clarified the criteria for refinery waivers. Pruitt says 75,000 gallons or less will qualify. “It’s not subjective in nature, it’s objective. Even if you’re a parent company and have ten facilities across the country, whether you qualify for the small refinery exemption, it’s not based upon the compiling of all information from the ten, it’s on a facility-by-facility basis.” Listen as Pruitt meets with farm reporters in Washington D.C.
