A leading agribusiness firm in Canada plans to build a $30 million innovation center in Winnipeg. Richardson International will use the facility for research and product innovation. Richardson merchandises grain and oilseeds and is a vertically-integrated processor and manufacturer of oats and canola-based products. Construction is scheduled to begin this month and be wrapped up in the spring of 2020.
