50-50 Ownership Stake in Fertilizer Production Facility
Koch Ag and Energy Solutions will acquire a 50 percent interest in Jorf Fertilizer Company from OCP. OCP is the world's largest phosphate mining group. Production from the Jorf facility in Morocco will be marketed by OCP and Koch Fertilizer.
