Ditch Mowing Moratorium Remains in Place
Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton has signed a bill that demands a one-year moratorium on the enforcement of ditch mowing permits. With this law, the Minnesota Department of Transportation cannot enforce its ditch mowing permit rule until April of 2019.
