Tyler joined the Red River Farm Network in December of 2023. A native of rural Pennslyvania, Tyler previously worked in Denver for USDA and CoBank. During this time, Tyler focused on technical writing and communications for USDA and CoBank.
“Tyler has the attitude and skills needed to be a great farm broadcaster and ag journalist,” said Don Wick, president, RRFN.
While in the military, Tyler received his degree in linguistics at the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, California. Tyler was later based in Okinawa, Japan where he translated Chinese in real time for the Air Force.
