Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins and Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. were together for two different events at the Agriculture Department. One was a National Ice Cream Day event, celebrating the removal of artificial colors in ice cream. The other event was an animal welfare news conference, where Kennedy said HHS is taking steps to reduce the use of animals in drug testing.
