USDA Undersecretary for Farm Production and Conservation Richard Fordyce says producers will soon begin seeing the benefits of the One Big Beautiful Bill. Fordyce says higher reference prices and additional base acres will strengthen agriculture’s safety net. “With the increased reference prices and the additional base acres, that’s going to really make a difference,” Fordyce said.
