CHS finished its third quarter with net income of just over $267 million, up from $232 million one year ago. Revenues totaled $11.6 billion, up from just under $10 billion in 2025. The CHS grains business faced increased transportation costs and lower global margins. The cooperative’s bottom-line got a boost from equity investment in CF Nitrogen and higher margins in its refining business.
