Senate Ag Committee to Weigh in on the Farm Bill

Senate Agriculture Committee Chair John Boozman is expected to release his farm bill this week. Lawmakers will have time to evaluate the proposal during the two-week July 4^th Senate recess. Boozman hopes to bring the farm bill up for a vote before the August recess begins August 7^th. The current five-year farm bill passed in 2018 and extended three times.
