Farmers are still waiting on the Environmental Protection Agency to decide whether or not to re-register dicamba. The EPA was expected to make an announcement in August. In a statement, the EPA tells the Red River Farm Network they continue to receive information from stakeholders regarding dicamba use for over-the-top applications. The agency will use all available evidence when evaluating registration for the product. They expect to decide in the future. It was around this time one year ago the agency announced dicamba would be a restricted use product.
