Ceres Global Ag and The Scoular Company have settled their lawsuit. In 2014, Ceres ended its planned partnership with Scoular to build a grain terminal in Saskatchewan. At the time, Ceres moved forward with its subsidiary, Riverland Ag, to design and develop the facility. With the settlement, Ceres will pay Scoular $11.25 million in cash. In return, Scoular will drop all legal claims against Ceres.
