Spring wheat harvest is generally wrapped up. North Dakota Wheat Commission Market Development and Research Manager Erica Olson says while the majority of farmers are done with spring wheat harvest, there are a few sporadic fields here and there still standing. “It’s not completely unusual this time of year for a few unharvested fields to be out there, but it’s a very small percentage.” According to Olson, spring wheat still in the field may not be the best quality, but it is still harvestable. “
