The North Dakota Stockmen’s Association named McKenzie County cattle producer Keith Winter as its Top Hand for 2023. This award recognizes livestock producers who care for the land, the country and the cattle industry. Winter has served for 34 years as president of the McKenzie County Grazing Association and is an expert of federal land and grazing issues. Winter was presented the award at the 94th North Dakota Stockmen’s Association convention in Watford City.
