The Northland Potato Growers Association held its annual field day Thursday. NDSU Plant Pathologist Julie Pasche says soilborne diseases are very difficult to deal with. “You can’t see what’s going on and some of those pathogens stay in the soil.” Following the Hoverson Farms stop, researchers and Northland Potato Growers board members gathered to talk about future research projects and gain input from growers.
