The Minnesota House released its tax proposal this week. Minnesota Farmers Union Public Policy Specialist Stu Lourey says there is some good things in the bill for farmers. “We were really excited to see an expansion of the beginning farmer tax credit to family members.” In the State Senate, an increase to the ag homestead tax limit is being considered.
